At this year's 4-H Citizenship Washington Focus, a group of Oklahoma 4-H members won a $500 mini grant to carry out their service project idea: Bags for Hope. To complete their project, members put together relief bags for individuals in need. Each bag contained personal hygiene items, bottled water and nonperishable food, blankets and a stuffed animal. Last week, they delivered the bags to @wingsofhopeok and Payne County Youth Services, Inc.
