My favourite time of everyday is when I am out bushwalking, hiking or taking my dogs for a walk on bush trail somewhere. It is that time of day when I am able to disconnect from the world, de-stress & just enjoy the beautiful #mothernature .
How many of you feeling so overwhelmed with everything that you have to do or want to do & always tell yourself that you simply just don’t have the time... We all know deep down inside thats just an excuse. Sure you may have kids, you may work a full time job and, studying or, working on your business whatever it is, it is all a matter of priority management. Its not about time management but you priorities. Whats important to you and WHY do you want a better life for yourself? WHY do you want to lose weight? WHY do you want to be healthy? Make your WHY so compelling & use that as your motivation to show up through the pain & make the switch to #bossmode Life is challenging, but look at everything you have overcame and accomplished - you are the CEO of your life, its time to start acting like it & accept the damm challenge to better yourself everyday!

I truely believe there is some form of exercise out there for everyone. I meet a lot of people that tell me that they hate exercise & I ask what they have tried in the past & what didn’t work for them. 90% of the time people say “I just don’t have the time”. If I had a $1 for every time someone said this to me, I’d be so stinking rich by now! Let me ask you this - Do you have time to be in hospital & can afford ongoing medical bills and medication doing more harm than good? That is the price you may have to pay, if you don’t make exercise a priority & it can be so simple as walking 45minutes every day or buying a fitbit & hitting at least 10,000 steps a day. .
Back in 2006 when I was first diagnosed with #myastheniagravis I never thought I would be living the life I live now. I never thought it was a possibility to travel & just do the things so many of us take for granted. It just goes to show what a few lifestyle changes and changes to what I eat can really do for the body and mind. I am definitely so truely #blessed & #grateful for every breath & every day. .

Where I like to be at 4.20am every morning! Why you ask? Why not I say 😆 I love being awake before anyone else hits the gym because I have the most effective work outs at this time & my choice of equipment. .
It’s the person that you become through the process that builds confidence & soon it then becomes an addiction & before you know it, it turns in habits.
One of the best things I LOVE about Bali is the amount of healthy food options they have available everywhere. I became obsessively addicted to papaya juice everywhere I went in Bali. Papaya is great for: * Improving digestion * Protects against heart disease * Improves your overall complexion * Helps prevent cancer * Assists in weight maintenance Although I generally live and eat a healthy lifestyle and usually don’t eat certain foods like eggs, I don’t deprive myself of anything so long as I have it on a rare occasion. Such occasions like holidays, Christmas & birthdays. I believe balance is the key to a happy and healthy lifestyle.
