Know your list! When you feel like you are spiraling our of control you need to know your list on how to get back on track. One of the big ones on my list is to go workout. So that's what I did. I drank some liquid magic, put on some awesome running tights, and the dog and I went for a run. On our turn home I to our neighborhood "From Now On" from the "The Greatest Showman" came on my headphones and I could feel all my negative energy from the day flow out of my body and the endorphins took over. It's the feeling of absolute joy and accomplishment rolled into 1. I started our run wanting to curl up into a ball and hide from the world but I ended it wanting to show it how much of a badass I truly am.
