Not to pat myself on the back, but I go out of my way to always compliment other women. My husband thinks I’m crazy (I don’t think this is the only reason?) but you can see in her face how much she appreciates it, and it feels SO good when you do! Like so many things, giving feels even better than receiving.❤️🇦🇺🙏🏼🦋

I do this every day ,when I am out and about town. I believe women need to uplift each other not teardown.

When you admire something about another person, go tell him/her. Get into the habit of lifting each other up. — Unknown 🙌🏻

I consistently try to share meaningful things with close friends, but it’s also great even when it’s something small. I always tell girls I don’t know that I love their shoes, their dress, etc. and you should see their faces! They’re always so happy and surprised. Something as simple as telling a person that they look awesome can completely make their day. Whether it’s a stranger or someone I know though, everyone always seems to be genuinely touched and taken aback when encouraging words are shared with them, which I think is a sign that it needs to happen a lot more.

What if you don't see any interesting things from a woman?
